- Lost or damaged items ~
Please understand, that tracking number comes with every item sent I am not responsible for it once the package is shipped. If experiencing troubles, I will do my best to help with a shipping service, but I will not refund lost items.
~ Refunds ~
If you are truly unsatisfied with the item you received, once you have stated a really valid reason for it, I will accept it back (return shipping expenses are not refunded).
In every case, please read carefully the description and ask questions if some information is missing.
If you would like to return the item, please first write to us in 5 days, when you receive it.
The shipping cost is not refund only the price for item
Return are accepted, but the customer is responsible for paying shipping charges to ship back unwanted items.
Also customer is responsible to pay shipping charges if the item came back to us and customer wants, that the items was resend again. If it was customer fault ( wrong address etc) if it was our fault, we will send it for free.
If the item arrives back to the shop and is not in its original condition the buyer is responsible for loss in value.

Refund rules
1. At the first write a message for as if you wish return or change the god within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Write the returning or changing cause.
2. We accept only registered shipment from you.
3. Save the shipment check which you get in the post office until the shipment arrives to us.
4. The shipping cost cannot be refunded and paid if item is returned due to not our fault.
5. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders.
6. The returned good must be in the original packaging with labels and new (not used).
